Everyone had their eyes upon (hands down) the biggest film carnival- Cannes that deservedly stole all the spotlight for 12 days straight (May 16th to May 27th, 2023). There is no denying that the celebration (and glorious premiere) of cinema’s most incredible films in this star-studded event takes complete credit for its massive fame. But it definitely earns some brownie points for pleasing us with major style inspiration since it rolls out the red carpet for our favorite celebrities from all across the world to flaunt their gram-worthy looks.
While glamorous couture gowns, eye-catching hairdos, and pretty much everything that we saw our fashion-forward celebs make a statement in was worth capturing, what struck our (bling-loving) eye the most were their iconic jewelry moments. We truly saw a genre of statement-making, chic, and timeless jewels studded with Sparkling diamonds and colored gemstones that totally had us asking for more! Born to stand out, Naomi Campbell looked nothing short of an epitome of glitz and glamour on the big night. It was the grand opening ceremony of Jeanne Du Barry where she chose to shine through by teaming up her stunning silver sequin gown with a feminine cum statement-making pair of Diamond Chandelier Earrings from Chopard. She didn’t shy away from going all dramatic when it came to other accessories with a Double Diamond Bracelet and a giant Blue Gemstone ring.

Guan Xiaotong
If anybody took us by surprise the most with her choice of accessories, it was the Chinese actress Guan Xiaotong. Only she could manage to look like a modern-day princess by pairing her black strapless gown with the most exotic accessories. She slipped on a matching ring and necklace from Monsieur Fred, both beautified by a universal infinity symbol (that is definitely having a moment right now). While the necklace boasted a 28.72 Carat Pear Shaped Sapphire in the center, the ring was beautified by Diamonds and Onyx.

Helen Mirren
Sparkles go great with color and Helen Mirren reassured us of that on the grand opening of Jeanne Du Barry. For the big night, she teamed up her ice blue dress (also, the blue dyed hair) with a sparkling and statement-making combo of Diamond Collar Necklace and Drop Pendant Earrings from Bulgari. We haven’t seen someone bring together elegance and exquisiteness together so phenomenally.

Elle Fanning
Bringing the old-Hollywood glamour with a modern touch on the red carpet, Elle Fanning could emerge as a promising contender if there was an award for the best dressed at the Cannes. She looked like a total Princess in the strapless cream and silver orchid net dress that was well complemented by a Beaded Necklace from Cartier, beautified by 79 Round Brilliant Cut Diamonds. So, she was indeed sparkling like the queen she is!

Alessandra Ambrosio
Standing out in such a star-studded night that demands you to be at your fashion best isn’t easy but Alessandra Ambrosio looks like a pro at it. She slipped on a sparkling crimson hued hooded dress with a matching set of statement-making earrings and necklaces from Pomellato. The necklace looked close to a tie and was effortlessly set with as many as 128 bezel-cut Spinels that range from Scarlet to Azure Blue in hue (complemented with Diamonds). The interesting part? The design was inspired by the beautiful architectural landscape of Milan. The earrings, featuring 12 Spinels, went with the whole look as effortlessly as they could.

Fan Bing Bing
Guess who (to everyone’s surprise) gave us major spring feels on the red carpet of Cannes 2023? Well, it was none other than Fan Bing Bing. Serving us with a look full of drama and elegance (while making us believe that the both can indeed go together), she wore a strapless ballgown that had the most unique print featuring tiger and bamboo forest. Despite wearing the most eye-striking ensemble, her choice of accessory managed to steal the show. She went for a pair of Drop Earrings that were studded with Emeralds and Diamonds, along with a matching Green Emerald ring, both living up to the vibrant vibe of the look.

Uma Thurman
Bringing together neutrals and red color pop together, Uma Thurman showed us how making a statement without OVERDOING is not much of a task! She phenomenally accessorized her nude silk dress (and red rube coat) with a matching set of wide ruby and diamond choker necklace along with ruby stud earrings by Chopard. On top of that, she slipped on a Diamond Cuff Bracelet to pull together the entire look with sparkles.

Pom Klementieff
When you go all purple, don’t forget to flaunt your Diamonds, saying that out loud is Pom Klementieff’s iconic Cannes 2023 look. At the Jeane Du Barry screening, she complemented her all-violet slit gown with a matching combination of Diamond Choker necklace and stud earrings that were oozing sparkles.

Gigi Hadid
Only Gigi Hadid can walk the red carpet wearing neutrals so phenomenally. At the Firebrand premiere, she slipped on a nude strapless gown. For the accessories, she chose to drip in Diamonds to successfully pull the entire look together (and that was such a serve!). She complemented her plunging neckline with a bold piece of sparkling Diamond necklace, a matching bracelet, an eye-catching ear clip, double diamond rings, and the cherry on top, a Toi Et Moi Ring encrusted with Pink and Yellow Diamonds.
